Ranking of bids

1. Read the list of damages and technical characteristics of the product.
2. indicate a single cost, taking into account all possible combinations of damage.
3. Indicate the production capacity of the enterprise - the number of repaired products per week.
4. indicate the possibility of mechanized unloading / loading of cargo received for repair.
5. According to the results of the competition, the declared volume can be divided between the winners and reduced by no more than 4 times.

The procurement participant can repeatedly improve his price offer until the end of the submission of bids.
Only one legal entity can participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from the competition of all affiliated participants.
