Payment terms:Расчеты по настоящему договору производятся за фактически выполненные работы после представления исполнительной документации, подписания Сторонами акта приёмки выполненных работ (форма КС-2) и выставления Подрядчиком счета в следующем порядке: 50% денежными средствами с отсрочкой платежа 45 дней со дня поступления Заказчику платежных документов, 50% - отсрочка платежа 90 дней, или векселя со сроком гашения не ранее 90 дней с даты эмиссии (по согласованию сторон).
