If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:payment of the executed works is made by the customer on the fact of completion of all works and acceptance by the customer of the result of works, on the basis of the agreement signed by the parties, with a delay of not more than 30 (thirty) calendar days (for SMSP) and not less than 60 (sixty) and not more than 90 (ninety) calendar days (for non-SMSP), from the date of signing the act of acceptance of the work, provided the contractor submitted to the customer a complete set of the following documents:
- The act of acceptance of works signed by the parties;
- Copy of the Invoice/ACT/Register on acceptance-transfer by the contractor to the customer a complete set of documentation on the phase of work;
- Original account;
- Original invoice, issued on the basis of the act of acceptance of the works and transferred to the customer within 5 calendar days from the date of performance of works,
Subject to the absence of claims and requirements from the customer on the quality and terms of work performed.
