1. If according to the results of purchase, the contract will be concluded with the counterparty-the subject of SME, the payment of the executed works is made within 30 calendar days from the date of signing by the Customer of the Act on acceptance of executed works.
2. In case the price of the concluded contract is less than 5 mln. Rub. With VAT, the payment of the executed works is made within 30 calendar days from the date of signing by the Customer of the Act on acceptance of executed works.
