The submitted proposal must be certified by the signature of the head with a seal impression. The offer must strictly correspond to the data specified on the electronic platform. If there is a discrepancy between the data in the attached KP and the completed electronic form on the site, the electronic form takes precedence. In case of non-compliance with the above requirements, the KP will be rejected.
