Restriction on submission of a bid higher than previously submitted
Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
1. Price shall be indicated including transportation costs.
2. Payment for work performed shall be made by the Customer within 60 (sixty) banking days after the signing of acts of work performed.
Delivery terms:
1. The deadline is 2 weeks.
2. Certification of engineers and industrial safety performers of hazardous production facilities.
3. Warranty period is 24 months.
4. The contractor is required to do the work on his own. Engagement of the third parties is acceptable only upon a prior written consent of the Customer.
At the request of the customer
5. In the TCH proposal, indicate the deadline for the work, as well as provide a local estimate.
6. The presence of SRO.
7. Coordinate with the customer PPR. 8. Personnel must be certified for this type of work.
Comments: Draw your attention to:
1. The participant who participated in the procedure (made a proposal), before the deadline for accepting applications, must provide an estimate for the work.
2. The cost of the materials and equipment used, including transportation costs and storage costs, is confirmed by payment documents upon delivery and acceptance of work performed. The cost of materials and equipment is compensated to the Contractor at the actual selling cost of the purchase, taking into account transport and storage costs on the basis of accounting, warehouse and production records, taking into account optimal delivery schemes, but not more than the amount of funds provided for by the estimated documentation and the price of the Agreement.
3. The cost of the Contractor’s costs associated with the payment of VAT to suppliers of material resources and other organizations for the provision of services (VAT compensation) is confirmed by payment documents upon delivery and acceptance of work performed. The paid cost of VAT is compensated to the Contractor at the actual selling cost of the acquisition of resources and services received based on data from an accounting, warehouse and production set, but not more than the amount of funds provided for by the estimated documentation and the price of the Agreement.
4. The customer considers all the proposals received regardless of the possibility of providing the indicated documents. Participants who submit an application with the consent to provide the above documents will have a competitive advantage.
5. This request is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 - 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057-1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
By submitting an offer (offer), the Supplier guarantees that it is a bona fide taxpayer. At the request of the Buyer, the Supplier is obliged to provide tax reports for the last reporting period, certified by the tax authority.
In the event that tax reporting is absent or does not make it possible to verify the Supplier’s integrity with sufficient confidence, the Buyer has the right to request other documents confirming the Supplier’s self-fulfillment of delivery obligations, including, but not limited to: extract from the staffing table with copies of employment contracts involved in the performance of work, information on the ownership or right of lease: office, warehouse, industrial premises, equipment / tools / mechanisms, vehicles.
In case none of the said documents are provided, the Customer has the right to reject the proposal (offer).
