JSC "Salavatsteklo" has the right to refuse to participate in the Request in the following cases:
- the commercial offer was received after the expiration of the specified period;
- the terms of the commercial offer do not comply with the terms of this notice;
- the commercial offer contains false information;
- the person who sent the commercial offer is in the process of liquidation or reorganization, or insolvency (bankruptcy) proceedings have been initiated against him;
- in any other case, on the basis of internal procedures, with the right not to explain the reasons for the refusal.

The need to have documents confirming admission to work that affect the safety of capital construction facilities
To perform repair work at the facilities of JSC "Salavatsteklo", please provide the following documents:
For working personnel:
1. copies of certificates for training and testing knowledge of labor protection requirements;
2. when using gas cylinders, a certificate confirming training in the "Industrial Safety Rules for Hazardous Production Facilities Using Overpressure Equipment" approved. Order of the Federal Service for Environmental, Technological and Nuclear Supervision No. 116 dated March 25, 2014;
3. Copies of the protocol for checking knowledge in the enterprise commission in the amount of production instructions and admission to independent work;
4. When using electrical appliances, a certificate confirming the verification of knowledge on electrical safety corresponding to the group
5. Fire-technical minimum;
6. Training of groups 1 and 2 in safe work at height;
7. When working with lifting equipment, a slinger certificate.
For work managers:
1. Industrial safety certification (A.1);
2. When using gas cylinders, certification in the field of industrial safety (B 8.23);
3. When carrying out loading and unloading operations using lifting equipment, certification in the field of industrial safety (B 9.31)
4. Training and testing of knowledge of labor protection requirements in a licensed organization (with a copy of this organization attached);
5. Certificate confirming the verification of knowledge on electrical safety;
6. Certificate for training in safe work at height;
