- The decision to choose a supplier based on the results of the request for proposals is made by the Tender Committee of LLC "PPPO".
- The selected supplier for the conclusion of the contract provides the address of LLC "PPPO" constituent documents.
- Under no circumstances can this offer be regarded as an offer. Accordingly, LLC "PPPO" is not responsible for the refusal to conclude a contract with persons who have applied with an offer to conclude a corresponding transaction.
LLC "PPPO" reserves the right to accept any of the received offers, or not to accept any of them.
