1. The submitted proposal within the first stage (before 01.02.2023) must consist of a technical part (in the form of Appendix 6 with filling in Appendices 2-5), certified by the signature of the head with a seal impression. The technical part must specify the list, the composition of the work, etc., it is NOT ALLOWED to specify any information related to the commercial part (total cost, unit prices, payment terms, etc.).

2. Submission of a commercial offer (from 06.02.2023 to 10.02.2023) it is carried out in the second stage in the form of a commercial part. The scope of work is indicated in the TOR (in the attachment). It is mandatory to specify the total cost of work without VAT in the Application for the TAP (Commercial part), according to the Application form (the Application tab for the TAP). The total cost of the commercial offer should be indicated taking into account all costs (transport, travel, rent, etc.) excluding VAT.
If there is a discrepancy between the data in the attached TAP and the completed electronic form on the site, the electronic form takes precedence. In case of non-compliance with the above requirements, the TAP will be rejected.
In case of providing false information, a potential service provider may be suspended from participating in the Procurement, and if the unreliability of the information provided is revealed after the conclusion of the Contract, such a Contract may be terminated.
