Comments:
1. This competitive procedure for choosing a Supplier is directed in accordance with the Tender Regulations of the Tender Organizer as part of the application procedure for commercial offers, which is not an offer, auction or competition and its holding is not regulated art. 447-449 hours 1 and 1057-1061 hours 2 GK rf. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Promoter the appropriate amount of civil and legal obligations and leaves him the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time without explanations of the reasons without having any responsibility to the Participants.
2. The bidder reserves the right to choose several winners by dividing the work at will and without explanation between several potential bidders.
3. The model contract is sent to the winner for signature(-yam) during the meeting of the Tender Committee, which is conducted by the Organizer of the competitive procedure after the end of the procedure on the electronic trading platform B2B-center.
4. The Promoter's model contract template sends out interested potential suppliers on additional request

6. The Organization/Documentation, which does not meet the requirements and forms specified in the notice, the Promoter has the right to reject without explanation and to recognize the documentation, and accordingly the Claimant, which does not meet the requirements of this competitive procedure.
Non-cash payment in order of 100% on the fact of providing services with a deferral of payment of at least 20 bank days, a longer period of deferral of payment is welcome, payment days - Tuesday/Thursday.
In the case of a prepayment claim, it is necessary to provide a bank guarantee to one of the top 10 banks for the amount of prepayment
