1) The submitted application for participation must be accompanied by a Technical and Commercial Proposal with annexes and contain key information on the scope of services provided (a summary estimate), the conditions and terms for the provision of services.
2) Please carefully read the standard version of the service contract. The Member is entitled to propose a protocol differences that must be provided in the membership offer. Otherwise, the Participant shall be deemed to have agreed with the suggested wording.
3) TCH is supplemented by documents confirming the possibility of providing these services (SRO, certificates, passports, etc.).

GENERAL INFORMATION:
This RFP procedure does not constitute a tender and is not subject to Articles 447-449 of the Part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this request for proposals does not impose on the customer an appropriate amount of civil law obligations.
