1. Commercial proposal in the form attached to the tender, in accordance with the requirements of the Requirements Specification. Request a price list in accordance with paragraph No. 5 and No. 6 of the Requirements Specification.
2. Reference list for similar projects in the form attached to the tender.
3. OTBE package
4. Participation in the tender means the Bidder's consent to sign the standard form of the Rusagro Group contract without making changes. The template of the standard form is attached to the tender.
