Payment terms:Payment works under the present Treaty shall be effected by the customer in the following order: 10.1. Payment for work actually performed under the contract is effected with a delay of no more than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the parties of acts of acceptance of the executed works in form of COP 2, the value of work performed and costs of COP-3 form and the provision of Contractor/accounts, invoices, after checking the correctness of the provided documents, withholding pursuant to paragraph 12.1 of the Treaty and subject to the fulfilment by the parties of the deadlines referred to in paragraphs 9.1-9.2 Treaty. 10.2. Payment hereunder may be made as cash and securities and other forms of payments, stipulated by the current legislation of the Russian Federation, including bills.
