Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Payment terms:- payment for actually performed works is made by the Customer after 30 (thirty) calendar days from the moment of signing by the parties of acts and certificates of forms KS-3, KS-2, submission of invoices by the Contractor for payment and invoices, provided that deficiencies identified during the acceptance of works are eliminated;

Comments:
To participate in the procurement procedure, the following documents must be reinforced:

1. The commercial offer on the letterhead of the organization must comply with the technical specification and contain the following information:
- term of work execution in calendar days;
- cost in rubles excluding VAT (indicating the system of taxation);
- warranty period;
- payment terms (taking into account the requirements of Rusagro Group);
- acceptable amount of penalties (% for a full week of delay);
- willingness to work on the form of an agreement of "Tambov bacon" LLC.
- data on business reputation, namely implemented projects, letters of thanks, experience of working with RUSAGRO group;
- date and validity period of the commercial offer (expiration no earlier than 1 month from the date of issuance);
2. Calculation sheet (the form is attached);
3. Copy of documents confirming the right/permit for welding and fire works, as well as licenses, certificates and permits for design works, certificates of conformity and permits for materials; $
4. Copy of financial/tax statements for the last reporting period;

Without the complete set of the above documents your offer will not be considered!
