The project will provide for floor replacement work on an area of 4,200 m2 in the existing shopping center.

To participate in the pre-qualification, I ask you

1. Read the contract

2. Upload an information card and a free-form presentation of your company to the site.

3. Upload to the site an extract from the SRO-S.

There is no need to prepare a commercial offer at this stage!

This procedure of request for proposals is not a tender, it is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; this procedure is not a public tender, it is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Section 2, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability before the participants.
