Payment terms:the contract price provided for in paragraph of the Treaty, is solid and should not be altered. Contract price may be changed solely by mutual consent of the parties, which establishes an additional agreement upon its signature becoming an integral part of the Treaty. The contract price includes the cost of materials and equipment, transportation costs, commissioning, procuring storage costs, Labor remuneration Fund contractor overhead, profit estimates, accruals on working conditions, operation of machines and mechanisms, all taxes, customs duties, fees and other mandatory payments. Delivery of materials and equipment, loading and unloading, the cost of packaging, packaging and labeling, ascending on the floors, cleaning, travel expenses, as well as all costs incurred or may incur the contractor in connection with the performance of work under this contract, shall be carried out at the expense of the contractor. Unaccounted costs the contractor under the contract for execution of the terms of the contract, but not included in the price of the contract by the customer are not subject to payment. Payment under the contract is made by the customer in the currency of the Russian Federation based on the supplied Contractor invoices for payment to the requisites specified in section 12 of the Treaty, by transferring money to the account of the Contractor in the following order: Within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the moment of signing the agreement the customer makes advance payment amounting to 30% of the price of the contract. The final settlement under the Treaty would be made by the customer within 30 (thirty) calendar days after the parties sign the Act of the executed works (atypical form of COP-2) and information about the cost of work performed (atypical form of COP-3), provided that the work is done properly and within the agreed time-frame established by this Treaty, or prematurely, with the consent of the customer, as well as the handover of Executive documentation.
Terms of delivery:according to the contract the Contractor undertakes, on the instructions of the customer perform the work specified in paragraph 1.2. Treaty and pass the result to the customer, and customer agrees to accept the result of the work and pay its costs, in accordance with the procedure and terms stipulated by the terms of this agreement. The contractor performs work on maintenance Alatyrskogo inter-district Customer offices located at: alatyr, moskovskaya str./Jukovsky, 64/57 House, in accordance with the estimates, determining the scope and content of the work, which is part and parcel of the agreement (Appendix 1). Work performance term-30 (thirty) calendar days from the moment of signing the contract.
