Payment terms:The calculation is preferable for services on the fact of work performed and delivery of documentation for the reporting period.
Delivery terms:Mobilization/demobilization of equipment, materials, equipment, personnel and at the expense of the contractor

Comments:
1. More detailed information about the request is provided in the accompanying letter (appendix). The purchasing procedure is divided into lots, submission of the offer is possible both for a separate lot and for the whole complex of works.
2. Proposals will not be accepted without loaded documentation: Commercial application filled with adj. 1 (RDTZ)
3. Criteria for selecting the best offer: Availability of own equipment fleet, availability of necessary documents for construction activities. Quality, terms of work, cost, terms of payment, work experience.
4. This procedure of request for quotation is not a contest and its holding is not regulated by articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
5. This procedure is also not a public contest and is not regulated by articles 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer
6. The attached contract is not a public offer, but the terms of the contract will be binding on the winner of the bidding.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
