Comments: Dear participants, we would like to draw your attention to the fact that contractual relations are concluded only with companies that have passed the accreditation procedure for METALLOINVEST Group of Companies (No. 178) on the B2B-center.ru ETP. The accreditation procedure is free.
Completion of works is carried out in accordance with the Separation List (Appendix as part of the procurement documentation).
The dividing list contains 3 groups of MTP, depending on the conditions:
1. Customer's complete set (Customer tab) - 35 items;
2. Self-assembly by the Contractor (the "Ventilation Contractor" tab) - 114 items. This group requires the submission of a commercial proposal.
3. Completion by the Contractor in consolidator shops ("Contractor catalog" tab) - approximately 411 items. Consolidation shops have been identified for the assembly - for building materials by OOO Keramiks, for electrical materials by OOO Elektropromsnab. Prices are updated at the time of selection in accordance with the catalog for the METALLOINVEST Group of Companies with payment upon receipt. The Contractor, after the completion of the bidding procedure, receives the working documentation from the Customer. Based on the working documentation, in accordance with the stages of the work, it forms the need for materials and contacts the consolidator shops in the following directions: building materials - LLC Keramiks, electrical materials LLC Electropromsnab. Consolidation shops issue an invoice, which must be coordinated with the Combine's UKSiR. Based on the agreed invoice, the materials specified in it are included, taking into account delivery, into the contract for the performance of work.
The provided technical and commercial proposal must consist of two parts - technical and commercial, certified by the signature of the head with a stamp. In the technical part, the list and scope of work must be indicated and it is not allowed to indicate any information related to the commercial part (total cost, unit prices, payment terms, etc.). If necessary, separate documents of the technical and commercial parts of the TCH can duplicate each other, provided that such documents in the technical part of the TCH will be presented without specifying prices, and in the commercial part with prices. The technical and commercial proposal must strictly comply with the data indicated on the electronic site.
If there is a discrepancy between the data in the attached TCH and the completed electronic form on the site, the electronic form takes precedence. In case of non-compliance with the above requirements, the TCH will be rejected.
In case of providing false information, a potential service provider may be removed from participation in the Purchase, and if the inaccuracy of the information provided is revealed after the conclusion of the Agreement, such Agreement may be terminated.
The Company has the right to choose an Offer that does not have the lowest price, as well as accept or reject any Offer in whole or in part, as well as reject all Offers with or without explanation, as well as cancel the purchase at any stage, including after the selection of the Winner.
