Comments: Dear participants, please note that the conclusion of contractual relations takes place only with companies that have passed the accreditation procedure for METALLOINVEST Group of Companies (No. 178 and No. 268) on the ETP B2B-center.ru. The accreditation procedure is free of charge.
Completion of work is carried out in accordance with the Division Sheet (Appendix in the procurement documentation).
The dividing list contains 3 groups of MTRS depending on the conditions:
1. Customer's complete set ("Customer" tab) – 85 items;
2. Independent completion by the Contractor (tab "Contractor ventilation") – 169 items. For this group, you need to submit a commercial offer.
3. Complete set by the Contractor in the stores-consolidators (tab "Contractor catalog") - approximately 833 items. For the complete set, the stores-consolidators are defined – for building materials of LLC "Keramiks", for electrical materials of LLC "Elektropromsnab". Prices are updated at the time of selection in accordance with the catalog for the METALLOINVEST Group of Companies with payment upon receipt. Upon completion of the bidding procedure, the Contractor receives working documentation from the Customer. Based on the working documentation, in accordance with the stages of work, it forms the need for materials and applies to consolidating stores in the following areas: construction materials - LLC "Keramiks", electrotechnical materials LLC "Elektropromsnab". Consolidation stores issue an invoice, which must be agreed with the UKSiR of the Plant. On the basis of the agreed invoice, the materials specified in it are included in the contract for the performance of work, taking into account the delivery.
The submitted technical and commercial proposal must consist of two parts – technical and commercial, certified by the signature of the manager with a seal impression. The technical part must specify the list and composition of the work and it is not allowed to specify any information related to the commercial part (total cost, unit prices, payment terms, etc.). If necessary, separate documents of the technical and commercial parts of the TAP may duplicate each other, provided that such documents are presented in the technical part of the TAP without specifying prices, and in the commercial part with prices. The technical and commercial offer must strictly correspond to the data specified on the electronic platform.
If there is a discrepancy between the data in the attached TAP and the completed electronic form on the site, the electronic form takes priority. In case of non-compliance with the above requirements, the TAP will be rejected.
If false information is provided, the potential service provider may be suspended from participating in the Purchase, and if the unreliability of the information provided is revealed after the conclusion of the Contract, such a Contract may be terminated.
The Company has the right to choose an Offer that does not have the lowest price, as well as to accept or reject any Offer in whole or in part, as well as to reject all Offers with or without explanation, as well as to cancel the purchase at any stage, including after selecting the Winner.
