Advance payment is made by the Customer within 30 (thirty) business days from the date of receipt of the invoice by the Customer in the presence of an agreement signed by all parties, including all applications that are its integral part. The General Contractor, in accordance with Clause 3, Article 168 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation, submits an invoice for advance payment to the Customer within 5 (five) calendar days from the date of receipt of the advance payment.
Settlements for actually performed volumes of work are carried out in stages within 30 (thirty) business days from the date of receipt of the invoice by the Customer in the presence of an act approved by all parties on acceptance of completed work in the form No. KS-2, approved by all parties of a certificate of the cost of work performed and costs in the form No. КС-3 and invoices, taking into account the advance payment paid.
