Repair of rooms
Scope of work:
1. The arrangement of the meeting room
2. Bathroom repair,
3. Partition device.
Basis for performance: work is carried out on the basis of the technical specifications, voluminous statements and estimates of the Customer
Duration of work: in the period from 08.24.2020. September 30, 2020 (terms can be adjusted based on the results of the tender procedure)
The tender procedure is carried out in several stages:
1. Prequalification of bidders (acceptance of the Application package of documents and coordination with the Customer),
2. A visit to the production facility by representatives of organizations that submitted an application for participation in the tender procedure,
3. Collection of documents of title for accreditation in the UEB (ONLY for non-accredited organizations),
4. Technical alignment - in case of discrepancies in technical documentation (estimates, volume statements)
5. Collection of technical and commercial proposals (visits to works, submission of proposals, analysis, technical alignment, decision on nomination).
If desired, it is stated in the tender procedure that it is necessary to send the Application package of documents, namely:
1. Contractor profile,
2. The list of types of work (if not previously provided),
3. Reference list (with a depth of not more than 3 years),
4. Permits for work (extract from SRO)
Requirements for bidders:
1. Performance of work in accordance with the technical specifications of the Customer, within the time agreed upon with the Customer,
2. At least 3 years of experience in performing these works;
3. Consent to conclude a model contract as amended by LADA Izhevsk LLC;
4. The presence of their own certified and valid certificates for the performance of this type of work personnel;
5. Own material and technical base;
6. Warranty obligations for the work performed, the warranty period of continuous operation on materials, from the moment of the start of operation, must be not less than that of the manufacturer,
The application is accepted until 12:00 on July 10, 2020 (Moscow time).
Documents submitted later will not be accepted for consideration.
