This Invitation is not a public offer in accordance with the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
This request is not an auction (including in the form of a tender, auction or any other form) or a public tender regulated by Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not impose obligations on Salavatsteklo JSC provided for by the above Articles of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, as well as obligations to conclude a contract with the person who sent the most advantageous offer.
The request can be canceled at any time prior to summing up.
If the terms of the Request are changed or canceled, the costs incurred by any person in connection with participation in the request, including those related to participation in the negotiations, are not reimbursed.
The final results of your participation in this Request will be sent to you by email.
The choice of the most advantageous offer for Salavatsteklo JSC is carried out taking into account the assessment of the following criteria:
- it is preferable to defer payment of 30 calendar days from the date of signing the certificate of completion
- it is preferable to conclude an Agreement according to the standard form of JSC "Salavatsteklo"
JSC "Salavatsteklo" has the right to refuse to participate in the Request in the following cases:
- the commercial proposal was received after the expiration of the specified period;
- the terms of the commercial offer do not comply with the terms of this notice;
- the commercial offer contains false information;
- the person who sent the commercial offer is in the process of liquidation or reorganization, or insolvency (bankruptcy) proceedings have been initiated against him;
- in any other case, on the basis of internal procedures, with the right not to explain the reasons for the refusal.
JSC "Salavatsteklo" has the right not to motivate its decision to determine the winner of the selection.
