Payment terms:
1. Price shall be indicated including transportation costs.
Payment for work under this Agreement may be made by the Customer by transferring bills to the Contractor. Bills shall be transferred under Transfer and Acceptance Certificate. From the moment of transfer of the bill of exchange, the Customer shall be deemed to have fulfilled his obligation to pay for the work.
2. Payment for work performed, made by the Customer within 30 (thirty) banking days after signing the acts of work
Delivery terms:
1. The deadline for the work is according to the agreed schedule.
2. Certification of engineers and industrial safety performers of hazardous production facilities.
3. Warranty period is 24 months.
4. The contractor is required to do the work on his own. Engagement of the third parties is acceptable only upon a prior written consent of the Customer.
At the request of the customer
5. In the TCH proposal, indicate the deadline for the work, as well as provide a local estimate.
6. The presence of SRO.
7. Coordinate with the customer PPR. 8. Personnel must be certified for this type of work.
Comments: Draw your attention to:
1. The participant who participated in the procedure (made a proposal), before the deadline for accepting applications, must provide an estimate for the performance of work.
2. This request is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 - 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057-1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability before the participants.
By submitting an offer (offer), the Supplier guarantees that it is a bona fide taxpayer. At the request of the Buyer, the Supplier is obliged to provide tax reports for the last reporting period, certified by the tax authority.
In the event that tax reporting is absent or does not allow us to be convinced of the good faith of the Supplier with a sufficient degree of confidence, the Buyer has the right to request other documents confirming the ability of the Supplier to independently fulfill delivery obligations, including, but not limited to: an extract from organizational chart with copies of labor contracts of the specialists designated to perform the works attached, information on any of the following owned: office, warehouse, production facilities, equipment/tools/mechanisms, transport facilities.
In case none of the said documents are provided, the Customer has the right to reject the proposal (offer).
