2. all pro forma documents (explanatory note, reference list, the questionnaire of the participant, the inventory of documents, application form for participation) are mandatory;
3. in addition to the Proform documents should provide:
- completed application to TK (contract price Calculation, scheduling, order of maintenance of work materials, machines and mechanisms, the conditions for providing assistance to the contractor by the customer);
- a detailed calculation of the additional charge. the costs of mobilization/demobilization of personnel, equipment and MATERIAL ASSETS, accommodation/food staff;
- extract from the register of SRO members;
- certificates, confirming the qualifications of personnel;
- certificate of registration (BIN);
- certificate of tax registration (INN);
- certificate of registration with the State social funds (statistics);
- articles of Association of the legal person;
- extract from the unified State Register of legal persons, the period of prescription of not more than 1 calendar month (LEGAL ENTITIES);
- letters of recommendation (if available).
4. the proposals will not be accepted without the file documentation (completed pro forma documents, applications, according to p. 3).
5. The criteria for choosing the best offer: the availability of the necessary instruments to conduct construction activities, quality, terms and costs of tasks execution, payment conditions, experience.
6. The procedure for requesting proposals is not a competition and it is not governed by articles 447-449 h. 1 CC of the RF;
7. This procedure is also not public competition and is not governed by articles 1057-1061 h 2 CIVIL CODE;
8. Thus, the procedure for requesting proposals will not impose on the customer adequate civil legal liabilities.
9. The attached Agreement is not a public offer, but the terms of the contract will be binding for the winning bidder.
