4. 5.1. The Contractor undertakes to carry out tests on all types of repaired equipment of the Customer at the testing bench under load according to the test method and according to the passport characteristics.
6. Delivery by the Contractor to the Customer for 3 (three) days prior to the procedure of Request price quotation: Estimated cost of overhaul of each unit of repaired equipment.
6.1. The Cost of repairs of each unit of equipment is determined individually on the basis of mutually agreed defective statements with the use of spare parts, time and cost of the norm-hour for the performance of works in accordance with annex № 1 to Specifications, calculations for the repair of this equipment.
6.2. If it is necessary to use in the repair of materials and components not specified in Annex № 1, the Contractor shall agree with the Customer their value by signing an additional agreement to the contract. The Contractor confirms the cost of these materials and components by primary documents (invoices, invoices), markup for materials and components not included in Annex № 1 should not exceed 2% of the price of the supplier.

13. In case of failure of equipment belonging to the Customer (due to the Contractor), in the warranty (posleremontny) period, as well as revealing the fact of failure of equipment belonging to the Customer in the course of work (services), the Customer Has the right to recover from the Contractor a fine in the amount of the cost of downtime (non-productive works) drilling rig (by types of BU) based on the cost of one hour of downtime (calculation of the cost of downtime of drilling rig (by types of drilling rigs) is Annex to the contract). 15. In case of failure of the warranty equipment The Customer is entitled to dismantle it without agreement with the Contractor. 17. According to the results of the investigation the Commission prepares an act of investigation, which must sign the parties, refusal to sign the act is not allowed. In case of refusal of the representative established as a result of investigation of the guilty party from signing the Act, the Act is considered to be signed in favor of the other party, as the Act makes a corresponding mark.
This Act is the basis for compensation (payment) by the guilty party of the losses caused by the incident, downtime or unproductive works at the expense of the guilty party, including penalties, presented to the customer by third parties.
If the Contractor is recognized by the guilty party, the said Act is the basis for the Customer to bring a claim against the Contractor.
