Comments:
the supplier is selected for 4 months. Single price for all regions, the number of purchased services will depend on applications coming from the regions for the specified period. Departure of specialists is carried out (all over Russia, List of addresses on the site www.fix-price.ru) to the address of the store, the exact address is specified in the application. Warranty period for completed work is 6 months. After the parties signed the Act Work performed. Warranty service of installed equipment is carried out within the period of the equipment manufacturer from the moment of purchase.
This procedure of request for proposals is not a auction or a contest, does not fall within the scope of articles 447-449 of the RUSSIAN CIVIL code and does not entail the emergence of legal obligations of the customer at the choice of the winner.
