11. Purpose of work
Running repair of 10 kV bus sections No. 1 and No. 2 of KP-9 at EPM-NEZ JSC in 2019 with replacement of 8 quantity switches No. 1 and 2.:

3. Duration of work
The beginning of the work July 15, 2019.
Completion of work on August 31, 2019.
4. The content of work on the repair
Performing repairs from contractor material. To clarify the conditions of work, familiarization with the object is desirable the arrival of representatives of the Contractor to the customer.
5 Requirements for the Contractor
5.1. The contractor must have the necessary production and human resources to perform this work, be a member of a self-regulatory organization (SRO).
5.2. To clarify the conditions of work, familiarization with the object is desirable the arrival of representatives of the Contractor to the customer.
5.3. The contractor in his commercial proposal specifies the procedure for payment for work and other conditions.
5.4. Certification of the head, ITR and executors on industrial safety and labor protection on HIF according to the Appendix No. 1.
5.5. Provision of occupational health and safety measures, safe methods of work at the facility.
5.6. After completion of the work, the contractor shall transfer to the customer the as-built documentation according to RD-11-02-2006 of December 26, 2006. and other regulatory documents.
5.7. Providing warranty for at least 12 months.
Employees involved in the performance of work must have professional training corresponding to the nature of the performance of work with a mark in a special certificate of training and examinations in certification commissions.
6 Work Safety
In the production of the current repair of sections of 10 kV tires No. 1 and No. 2 KP-9 at JSC EPM-NEZ in 2019, the contractor must comply with the requirements of the following rules:
- rules on labor protection during the operation of electrical installations;
- rules of technical operation of electrical installations of consumers;
- safety regulations for hazardous production facilities where
lifting structures are used;
- electrical installation rules;
- fire safety regulations;
- rules on labor protection when working at height POT RM-012-200;
- rules of environmental, sanitary and other standards in force in the territory of the Russian Federation and to ensure safe working conditions for the life and health of people.
For the production of works contractor must undergo an induction. All work carried out on the territory of JSC "EPM-NEZ" should be conducted in accordance with the provision "On the application of tolerance orders in the production of works of increased danger at JSC" EPM-NEZ ".
