Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

If a counterparty advance is required, the advance issued must be secured by a bank guarantee of the return of the advance payment. The bank guarantee text and the guarantor bank are agreed by the parties to the contract. The guarantee must be issued by a guarantor bank from the Top 20 list of net assets of Russian banks and for foreign guarantor banks to be rated no lower than "AA-" on the S&P scale (" Commitments of High Quality") or a similar ranking of international rating agencies.
