Pirelli Russia, represented by KIROV TAIR, LLC, offers to participate in the internal procedure of selecting an artist for the work specified in the technical assignment.
For counterparties who did not participate in the procedures of KIROV TAIR, LLC can issue a promo code for free participation. To do this, please contact the Commercial Representative of Pirelli Russia at the contacts below.

PROCEDURE CONDITIONS:

The procedure is carried out in a single step in real time. The second phase of "rejecting" proposals is only possible in exceptional cases.
The duration of the procedure may be extended at the request of the participant. To do this, please contact the representative of Pirelli Russia.
Participation means agreeing to enter into a contractual relationship with Kirov Tair LLC under the terms provided for in the attached form of the contract and annexes. In case of disagreement, a protocol of disagreement must be attached to the offer.

BID SUBMISSION:

The final bid must be backed up with a quotation with an indication of the price issued on the official letterhead of the organization with the signature and stamp of the authorized person.

The quotation should specify:

Any discrepancies with the requirements of the technical assignment (e.g. deadlines, warranties, etc.)
Information on subcontracting entities listing their names and TIN.
