Payment terms:
Payment within 60 k.d. from the moment of signing of the act of performed works by cash, bill of JSC "RUSAL Achinsk".
Delivery terms:
1. Minimum cost of service.
2. Minimum prices for TMC (market) are checked and agreed by the customer.
3. Work in the revision of the contract of the customer.
4. The Contractor Organization for Capital/Ongoing Repair and Reconstruction is obliged to:
- to be a member of the SRO in the field of capital construction facilities (item 1 of Art. 55.8 of the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation), with the right to participate in competitive procurement and to conclude contracts on major repairs and corresponding contribution to the compensation fund for the provision of contractual obligations, except as set out in paragraph 2.1, 2.2 of Article 52 of the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation;
- work on capital/ongoing repair and reconstruction to be carried out in accordance with the developed project of production of works (PRP);
- ensure the availability of qualified engineering and technical personnel to perform the functions of the Contractor, as well as skilled workers of leading specialties to perform the volume of work;
- ensure the availability of a certified system, the area of certification must correspond to the types of work performed on the site (capital/ongoing repair and reconstruction);
- ensure the availability of a certified system, occupational safety and health protection;
- ensure that there is at least two years of experience in the subject of procurement.
5. Deadlines of work: until 31.10.2021
6. Payment within 60 k.d. from the moment of signing of the act of performed works by cash, bill of JSC "RUSAL Achinsk".
7. Guarantee of the quality of works, services from 24 months
8. Availability in the ownership of the company or under the lease agreement of specialized equipment, equipment.
9. Contractor is required to produce supporting documents upon request.
10. Penalties in the amount of not less than 20% of the cost of work are provided for disruption of the terms of work carried out.
Comments: The commercial offer should be sent in the form of an electronic (scanned copy) document signed by the authorized person and signed by the seal of the organization.
JSC "RUSAL Achinsk" has the right to refuse to participate in the selection in the following cases:
- a commercial offer received after the expiration of the specified period;
- the terms of the offer do not correspond to the terms of
- the commercial offer contains unreliable information;
- The person who made the commercial offer is in the process of liquidation or reorganization or has commenced insolvency (bankruptcy) proceedings against him;
- Selection participant has a negative experience of working with enterprises OK RUSAL;
- in any other case on the basis of internal procedures, with the right not to explain the reasons for the refusal.
Selection will take place with mandatory holding of overruns.
