Comments:
The Contractor, using his own resources and resources, on the basis of the terms of reference, repairs part of the building Garage-Boiler room, inv. No. 001024 and part of the ramp of the building, inv. No. 011011. All the necessary materials for these works are provided by the Contractor. In the absence of uploaded documentation in the request, the Bidders' proposals will not be considered. The Contractor accepts the terms of the Standard Agreement of Vzryvprom Yuga Kuzbass JSC. List of documents: 1. Dealer certificate for the offered product; 2. Certificate for goods and services. 3. Statutory documents (For the conclusion of a model agreement for JSC "Explosion Industry of the South of Kuzbass"). 4. Commercial offer based on the results of this request. five. Documentation with the price for this request. This procedure of request for proposals is not a tender, it is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; this procedure is not a public tender, it is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Section 2, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability before the participants.
