In the absence of loaded documentation in the request, the proposals of the applicants will not be considered. The executor accepts the conditions of the model contract of "Fuvprom South Kuzbass" JSC. List of documents: 1. Dealer's certificate for the proposed product; 2. Certificate for goods and services. 3. Statutory documents (for the conclusion of the model contract of the joint-stock company "Exploprom of the south of Kuzbass"). 4. A quotation based on the results of this request. 5. Documentation with Price on this request. This procedure of request for proposals is not a tender, it is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; this procedure is not a public tender, it is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Section 2, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability before the participants.
