Comments:
Mandatory conditions for participation in the tender:
The contractor must provide:
• application form (Appendix 1) and application form (company card) of the bidder;
• confirm the presence of positive references;
• balance sheet and profit and loss statement for the last 3 years;
• a copy of an extract from the register of SRO members with the right to perform works in the field of construction, reconstruction, capital repairs of capital construction facilities
chemical and oil refining industry equipment (no later than 1 month from the date of issue);
• confirm the availability of certified personnel for industrial safety, electrical safety;
• confirm that you have work experience in similar types of work;
• confirm the availability of PPE for employees;
• confirm the equipment with tools, including small-scale mechanization tools, equipment and devices necessary to perform the work;
• confirm the presence of lifting mechanisms;
• TKP, which consists of two parts:
a) the commercial part with the application of the estimated calculation and the local resource statement in Excel format;
b) the technical part.
