Payment terms:Расчеты за выполненные работы осуществляются на основании счета Подрядчика и акта выполненных работ в следующем порядке: 50% - денежными средствами с отсрочкой платежа 45 дней с момента подпи-сания акта о приемке выполненных работ обеими сторонами, 50% - де-нежными средствами с отсрочкой платежа 90 дней или векселями со сроком погашения по предъявлении, но не ранее 90 дней с даты эмис-сии (по соглашению сторон). Счет-фактура предоставляется Подряд-чиком Заказчику в течение 5 дней с момента подписания Сторонами акта о приёмке выполненных работ (КС-2) и справки о стоимости вы-полненных работ и затрат (форма КС-3).
