It is mandatory for the counterparty to submit documents according to the list:
• A commercial offer indicating the cost according to the TOR, the conditions for the advance and the payment procedure;
• counterparty's card.
- a duly certified copy of the Charter (Constituent Agreement,
Regulations) and amendments thereto;
- a duly certified copy of the Certificate of state
registration of a legal entity (if the counterparty is an individual
entrepreneur - a copy of his passport and a copy of the certificate of state registration
of this person as an individual entrepreneur);
- a duly certified copy of the Certificate of entry into the
Unified State Register of Legal Entities (a copy of the
Tax Registration Certificate);
- duly certified copies of documents on the appointment of the head
of the legal entity (minutes of the General Meeting, an order, an order, if necessary -
a contract, etc.), when signing the contract by another official - a decision (order,
order) granting the right to sign the contract, a power of attorney of the person
signing the contract (if signed on the basis of a power of attorney);
- duly certified information about the staffing of the counterparty,
its property status, the composition and value of fixed assets, reputation in the market,
work experience in a particular field.

of the counterparty, as well as on the location of warehouse and (or) production and (or) retail
space;
- in cases where a license or permit is required to carry out the type of activity that is the subject
of the contract - duly certified
copies of these documents, as well as a certificate of admission to a certain type or types
of work issued by a self–regulatory organization;
- a duly certified copy of the balance sheet as of the last
reporting date with a copy of the receipt for acceptance by the tax authorities;
- duly certified copies of the permission of the competent authority
of the legal entity to make a major transaction (related transactions), to
make a transaction in which there is an interest, in other cases provided
for by the current legislation of the Russian Federation or the constituent documents
of the legal entity (if necessary);
This request for proposals procedure is not an auction or a tender, does not fall under the scope of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail legal obligations for the Customer to choose a supplier. |
