1. Application of JSC "EPM-NEZ", Novocherkassk
2. Purpose of the work:
2.1. Replacement of two pipes of recycled water Ø 80 mm, laid on cable trays and failed during operation, to ensure reliable supply of recycled water to the furnace unit No. 8 KPP 3.
3. Work completion period
The work will start on May 11, 2021.
Completion of work on June 14, 2021
4. Content of repair work
4.1. Replace two recycled water pipelines, according to the defective list (Appendix No. 2), in parallel with the existing pipelines on the premises of the furnace unit No. 8 of the checkpoint 3. The work should be carried out taking into account the schedule of turning on the unit No. 8 of the checkpoint 3, without stopping and putting it into repair.
4.2. Insert the newly installed pipelines into the existing recycled water pipelines.
4.3. To carry out dismantling with the subsequent delivery to scrap metal of the failed 2 pipelines of recycled water.
4.4. Lifting mechanisms for dismantling and installation, equipment, tools, mechanisms for loading and unloading operations are provided by the Contractor. Vehicles for the removal of garbage, scrap metal or other waste are provided by the Customer.
4.5. Electric welding, gas-cutting equipment, and consumables are provided by the Contractor.
5. Requirements for the Performer
5.1. The contractor must have the necessary production and human resources to perform this work.
5.2. The contractor in its commercial offer specifies the order of payment for the work and other conditions.
5.3. Certification of the head, ITR and performers on industrial safety and labor protection on the OPO according to Appendix No. 1.

6. Safety of work production
When performing repairs, the contractor must comply with the following rules::
- Safety rules for hazardous production facilities where lifting facilities are used;
- Fire safety regulations;
- the Order of the Ministry of Labor of the Russian Federation of 16.11.2020 N 782n "On approval of the Rules on labor protection at work at height".
- the rules of environmental, sanitary and hygienic and other standards in force on the territory of the Russian Federation and to ensure safe working conditions for the life and health of people.
To perform the work, the contractor must pass an introductory briefing. All work performed on the territory of JSC "EPM-NEZ" must be carried out in accordance with the regulations "On the application of work permits for the production of high-risk work at JSC "EPM-NEZ".
