Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Comments: 1. The offer is submitted according to the forms attached in the Call for Bidding documents. The submitted proposal must consist of a technical part, certified by the signature of the supervisor with an imprint of the seal. The list and composition of works should be indicated in the technical part and it is not allowed to indicate any information related to the commercial part (total cost, unit rates, payment terms, etc.) and the Commercial Offer - total cost, unit rates, payment terms, etc. according to the proposed forms.
2. The offer must correspond to the data specified on the electronic platform.
3. Ural Steel JSC uses electronic document management (EDI) with its partners and customers in the Dyad system (http://www.diadoc.ru ) SKB Kontur company. Please note that, all other things being equal, preference may be given to a supplier using electronic document management systems.
4. In case of providing false information, a potential service provider may be suspended from participation in the Call for Bidding, and if the unreliability of the information provided is revealed after the conclusion of the Contract, such an Agreement may be terminated.

The Company has the right to choose an Offer that does not have the lowest price, as well as to accept or reject any Offer in whole or in part, as well as to reject all Offers with or without explanation, as well as to cancel the Call for Bidding at any stage, including after selecting the Winner.
6. In accordance with the policy of Ural Steel JSC on industrial safety, companies that have passed accreditation No. 396 "General Accreditation" and passed questionnaire No. 645 on OTiPB are allowed to perform work on the territory of enterprises (instructions for passing accreditation are attached to the Call for Bidding). To pass the accreditation procedure, it is necessary to provide a completed Supplier Questionnaire and a complete set of supporting documents.
Companies that have not been accredited cannot be selected as winners of tender procedures.
