Delivery terms:
1. Terms of services provision: April - August 2021 (for objects, the terms are indicated in the TOR - Appendix 1 of the Procurement Documentation).

3. Materials - delivery of the Customer and the Contractor (the delimitation of the supply of materials and equipment is indicated in the defect lists (Appendix 1 of the Procurement Documentation).
4. Payment is preferable within 30-90 calendar days from the date of signing the certificate of completion, with an advance payment, it is necessary to provide a bank guarantee (list of banks in Appendix 5 of the Procurement Documentation).
5. Signing the standard form of the contract (Appendix 4 of the Procurement Documentation);
6. Mandatory development and approval of ERP / PPR 10 days before the start of work;
7. All materials, equipment, tools and machinery used by the Contractor for the performance of work must have appropriate certificates, technical passports and other documents certifying their quality, as well as comply with budget estimates.
8. Monthly closing of acts of completion are drawn up taking into account only actually finished volumes (areas that are 100% ready).
9. The requirement for the safety of the services provided is in accordance with the provisions in force at PNTZ JSC.
10. Compliance with measures to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection:
- Work must be carried out by employees who are not in the "risk zone" (up to 60 years old),
- Employees working on the territory of PJSC "ChTPZ" must be citizens of the Russian Federation, residents of the Chelyabinsk region, or go through a two-week quarantine after arriving in the Chelyabinsk region from another region before starting work with the provision of supporting documents (travel tickets, rental contracts, etc.). ), or present a document confirming the passage of a coronavirus test no older than three days.
- All employees of the contractor must be provided with PPE, respirator masks, undergo daily body temperature control (thermal imagers are installed at the checkpoint), and also disinfect their hands with an antiseptic located at the checkpoint at each entrance to the enterprise;
- observe the mask regime throughout the territory of enterprises (work, walking, by car);
- keep a "social" distance of 1.5 m. when moving around the territory of enterprises.

Требования к поставщику:
Работы должны выполняться организацией имеющей:
1. Допуск СРО на кап.строй;
2. Опыт проведения работ по устройству подземных трубопроводов и сооружений на них не менее 3х лет (в том числе систем наружного пожаротушения - для ремонта трубопровода противопожарного кольца цеха № 8).
3. Лицензия МЧС на право осуществления деятельности по
монтажу, техническому обслуживанию и ремонту средств
обеспечения пожарной безопасности зданий и сооружений.
4. Соответствующую материально-техническую базу:
4.1 Оборудование для выполнения работ по устройству подземных трубопроводов и сооружений на них;
5. Квалифицированный персонал:
5.1 Аттестованные рабочие (наличие удостоверения и/или протокола):
- монтажники наружных сетей водоснабжения и водоотведения;
- рабочие общестроительных специальностей;
- электрогазосварщики;
5.2 Наличие персонала, имеющего допуск к работам на высоте 1,2,3 группы
6. Действующую аттестованную технологию сварки, аттестацию сварщиков НАКС и сварочного оборудов-я.
Требования к материалам:
1.Материалы – поставка Заказчика и Подрядчика (разграничение поставки материалов и оборудования указано в дефектных ведомостях (Приложение 1 Закупочной документации)!!!
2. Наличие документов,
подтверждающих качество и
соответствие требованиям стандартов используемых при выполнении работ материалов и оборудования;
3. Материалы и оборудование
должны быть, просты в эксплуатации, не требовать специальных навыков для
осуществления обслуживания и
ремонта;
4. Типовые размеры и рабочие
характеристики применяемых
материалов и оборудования должны быть унифицированы.
Требования к документации:
Состав документов в заявке (обязательны для предоставления!!!):
1. Коммерческое предложение (по форме Приложения 2 Закупочной документации (ЗД)).
2. Уставные документы (Устав, Протокол о назначении директора, Свидетельство о государственной регистрации юридического лица, Свидетельство о постановке на учет в налоговом органе, актуальная Выписка из ЕГРЮЛ).
3. Анкета (по форме Приложения 3 ЗД).
4. Справки по инструменту и оборудованию, необходимому для выполнения требуемого комплекса работ (по формам Справок 3.1, 3.2 Приложения 3 ЗД).
5. Справка по опыту проведения подобных работ (по форме Справки 4.1 Приложения 3 ЗД)
6. Справка по кадровому составу предприятия (по форме Справки 2.2 Приложения 3 ЗД)
7. Выписка из реестра членов СРО (актуальная)
