Comments:
It is necessary:
1) It is obligatory to pass the prequalification selection (PQS) of RTI LLC at the link: https://www.b2b-center.ru/market/view.html?id=2593387. Companies with 3-year experience in the OT market are allowed to participate.
1.1. If the PQS is completed and it is not possible to upload documents to it, please be sure to attach the Documents in the archive when submitting the commercial proposal (the list is attached to the Procurement Documentation).
2) If the Procurement Documentation contains the KP (VOR) form approved by RTI LLC, it is MANDATORY to fill it FULLY and download it in 2 formats: PDF (signed with the seal of the organization) and Excel (editable).
In the absence of a commercial proposal form, it is necessary to attach a signed commercial proposal on the letterhead of the organization with a seal (the commercial proposal must contain the prescribed information on the cost of work with VAT, the timing of work in cal. Days, the amount of advance payment in% and the warranty period in years).
3) When changing the data in your original commercial proposal (during the auction), it is MANDATORY to download the current commercial proposal form (in the prescribed form), corresponding to the final data. Otherwise, the amount from the uploaded signed commercial proposal will be taken into account.
4) MANDATORY attach as attachments to the commercial proposal:
4.1. a reference list with a list of similar works performed, indicating the amount of contracts and contact details of the Customers.
4.2 protocol of disagreements in case of disagreement with the draft agreement of RTI LLC.
5) Proposals are evaluated in strict accordance with the assignment. Analogues can only be offered in addition to the main offer.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
