Auto-extension

Payment terms:• Авансовый платеж в размере 10% Цены Договора, выплачивается в течение 30 (тридцати) календарных дней с даты вступления Договора в силу и получения Заказчиком счета, выставленного Подрядчиком.
• Платеж в размере 90% стоимости Работ, указанных в подписываемом Сторонами Акте о приемке выполненных работ (по форме КС-2) и Справке о стоимости выполненных работ и затрат (по форме КС-3), производятся в течение 30 (тридцати) календарных дней с пятого числа месяца, следующего за месяцем подписания Сторонами вышеуказанных документов и Акта о приеме-сдаче отремонтированных, реконструированных, модернизированных объектов основных средств, составленный по унифицированной типовой форме ОС-3 с приложением приемо-сдаточной и исполнительной документации, на основании счета, выставленного Подрядчиком.
Delivery terms:Работы выполняются Подрядчиком в следующие сроки:
начало выполнения Работ - с 01 июля 2011 года;
окончание выполнения Работ - по 25 августа 2011 года.
