Comments: 1. The submitted technical and commercial proposal must consist of two parts – technical (Appendix 2-6) and commercial (Appendix 1), certified by the signature of the supervisor with the seal impression. The list and composition of works should be indicated in the technical part and it is not allowed to indicate any information related to the commercial part (total cost, unit rates, payment terms, etc.). The commercial part (Appendix 1) is provided as part of the main stage of the competition.
