Industrial batch furnace for graphite fired workpieces. A panel-frame type furnace, conditionally consisting of 3 parts: a system of underground supply and exhaust channels, a monolithic w / w foundation with channels, grooves and recesses and an aboveground part on alternating current.

7.Requirement to the contractor:
7.1 Carrying out work on the repair of the rear end. CGE Section No. 8 Furnace No. 4 inv. No. 5577 are made from Customer materials.
7.2 Working in the conditions of an operating enterprise. The operating mode of the enterprise is round the clock
7.3 Harmful factors may be affected: dustiness, gas contamination. The work is carried out at an operating enterprise with harmful working conditions, at the same time: at an enterprise where workers are transferred to a reduced working day with a 36-hour working week, with the presence of one or more of the following factors in the work area:
- an extensive network of transport and engineering communications;
- cramped conditions for storing materials;
- operating technological equipment;
- technological transport movements
7.4. Development of PPR and technological maps for all necessary work.
7.5. The Contractor must have the necessary production and human qualified
resources to perform this work. Have the certification of the head, ITR and workers on
industrial safety, copies of documents confirming the presence of a labor protection service and/or a labor protection specialist in the contractor (an order on appointment to a position in the contractor, a certificate of a labor protection specialist) or the existence of an agreement with an accredited organization in the field of labor protection services, as well as the presence of medical clearance
7.6. Availability of SRO for these types of work.
7.7. Availability of machines and mechanisms to perform the entire complex of work.
7.8. The Contractor's personnel must have and use personal protective equipment.
7.9. In case of comments to the staff on the quality of work performed, violation of safety regulations, as well as administrative violations, at the request of the Customer's specialists, the Contractor is obliged to immediately replace these employees.
7.10. The work performed with poor quality must be redone at the expense of the Contractor and handed over to the Customer.
7.11. The placement of workers employed to perform this work is carried out by the Contractor.
The customer, if possible, can arrange the placement of workers on a contractual basis.
7.12. Development and approval of linear repair schedules.
8. Payment terms: monthly, within 30 (thirty) banking days after the delivery
of the results of the work, provided that the work is done properly and within the agreed time. The works are considered completed after the Parties sign the Act of acceptance of the completed works (form COP-2) and a certificate of the cost of the completed works and costs (form COP-3).
9. Terms of work: The approximate date of the work is June 2022. The beginning and end of the work are agreed with the Customer.
10. Warranty obligations for the work performed: 24 months from the date of completion of the work. 11. The transfer to repair and acceptance of equipment from repair is carried out in accordance with the REGULATIONS approved at EL6 Novocherkassk.
12. Repair of furnaces is carried out in the operating workshop. The repair schedule is coordinated with the workshop (CGE) and the plant services (UM, EU).
13. The list of documents provided to OTB EGOICHI for registration of work permits for the production of works by contractors:
Prior to registration of the work permit, the Contractor is obliged to provide the Customer with the following documents:
1. a copy of the certificate (SRO) for the right to perform this type of work;
2. copies of documents confirming the presence of a contractor's service in the contractor, a certificate of a labor protection specialist) or the presence of
contracts with an accredited organization in the field of labor protection services;
3. a copy of the instruction on labor protection from the journal of instructions; 4. POR or PPR or RTI; 5. a copy of the protocol of certification of workers on labor protection;
6. copies of certificates of certification of ITR on labor protection and on general requirements of industrial safety. When performing work on gas, on pressure vessels, using GPM, in electrical installations, fire works 7. copies of certificates for each type of work;
8. medical admission of personnel;
9. copies of certificates of gas and electric welders, slingers, crane operators, lifts (towers). For gas and electric welders, copies of the PTM certification protocols.
The Contractor notifies the Customer of the fulfillment of all the specified conditions in writing with the attachment of all supporting documents. Failure to comply with the terms of this clause by the Contractor entitles the Customer to prevent the Contractor from performing the work, the delay in the performance of the work in this case is the fault of the Contractor.
14. Note:
- Delivery of material from warehouses EL6 Novocherkassk to the place of work, garbage removal (not slagged refractory bricks, scrap metal, etc.) to storage sites located on the territory of EL6 Novocherkassk is carried out by the Contractor's transport.
- Garbage removal of all categories, to landfills for receiving industrial waste located outside the territory of EL6 Novocherkassk (garbage removal at a distance of 7km. to 30km.) is carried out by transport provided by the Customer, upon prior request of the Contractor. - The costs of recycling of garbage of all categories at the landfills of receiving industrial waste located outside the territory of EL6 Novocherkassk are carried out at the expense of the Customer.
- When uploading a commercial offer to the electronic trading platform B2B, it is also necessary to upload the estimated documentation, the availability of estimates is a prerequisite for considering the offer.
