2. Within the framework of the 1st stage (preliminary), the proposal must consist only of the technical part (Appendices 1-6, the technical part, it is necessary to fill in FOR EACH LOT SEPARATELY), certified by the signature of the head with a stamp. In the technical part, the list and scope of work must be indicated and it is not allowed to indicate any information related to the commercial part (total cost, unit prices, payment terms, etc.).
Within the framework of the 2nd stage (main), the proposal must consist of a commercial part (Appendix 7, a commercial part, to be filled in FOR EACH LOT SEPARATELY). Settlement conditions must be determined taking into account the payment day established in METALLOINVEST from 01.07.2021 - Tuesday.
If necessary, separate documents of the technical and commercial parts of the TCH may duplicate each other, provided that such documents in the technical part of the TCH will be presented without specifying prices, and in the commercial part with prices.
3. The technical and commercial proposal must strictly comply with the data indicated on the electronic site. If there is a discrepancy between the data in the attached TCH and the completed electronic form on the site, the electronic form takes precedence. In case of non-compliance with the above requirements, the TCH will be rejected.
4 It is also necessary to consider the form of the contract (available in the procurement documentation).
5 In case of providing false information, a potential service provider may be excluded from participation in the Purchase, and if the inaccuracy of the information provided is revealed after the conclusion of the Agreement, such Agreement may be terminated.
