1) It is obligatory to pass the prequalification selection (PQS) of RTI LLC at the link: https://www.b2b-center.ru/market/view.html?id=2634070
Companies with 3-year experience in the OT market are allowed to participate.
2) If the Procurement Documentation contains the KP (VOR) form approved by RTI LLC, it is MANDATORY to fill it FULLY and download it in 2 formats: PDF (signed with the seal of the organization) and Excel (editable).
In the absence of a commercial proposal form, it is necessary to attach a signed commercial proposal on the letterhead of the organization with a seal (the commercial proposal must contain prescribed information on the cost of work with VAT, the timing of work in cal. Days, the amount of advance payment in% and the warranty period in years).
3) When changing the data in your original commercial proposal (during the auction), it is MANDATORY to download the current commercial proposal form (in the prescribed form), corresponding to the final data. Otherwise, the amount from the uploaded signed commercial proposal will be taken into account.
4) It is MANDATORY to attach as attachments to the commercial proposal a reference list with a list of similar works performed, indicating the amounts of contracts and contact details of the Customers.
5) Proposals are evaluated in strict accordance with the assignment. Analogues can only be offered in addition to the main offer.
6) The conclusion of the contract is possible ONLY in the form of the Customer (the framework contract is attached to the procurement documentation).
