Mandatory conditions for the CA:
1. an advance payment of 30% after signing the contract, a post-payment of 70%, 60 calendar days from the date of invoicing (provided that the Supplier provides the Customer with the originals of the primary accounting documents (invoices, invoices, UPD) correctly executed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation).
2. Providing a Bank guarantee with an advance of 10,000,000 rubles. (BG from a bank that is in the TOP 100 banks, BG according to the template of JSC "Thunder", the validity period of BG is equal to the entire construction period of the facility + 60 kd from the date of signing the final CS-2 and CS-3).
3.The guarantee amount It is 5% of the contract value, paid to the general contractor 1 year after the parties sign the Act of acceptance of the completed works. This condition is included in the contract if the amount of the contract is equal to or exceeds 3,000,000 rubles.
4. The warranty period for the completed works is 24 months from the date of signing the act of acceptance of the completed works.
5. The term of work - no more than 60 calendar days, subject to round-the-clock operation of the facility, without termination of operational activities.
The order and schedule of work must be agreed with the Customer.
6. The estimated start date of the project is 01.06.2023
7. The type of activity of the organization must correspond to the declared lot.
8. The need for accreditation in JSC "Thunder" for construction and repair in large formats for consideration of the results of the tender and further work.
9. The level of responsibility of the SRO at the time of conclusion of the Contract should correspond to the cost of the work performed.
10. The main / profile type of activity of the organization, repair and construction of transport infrastructure facilities, landscaping.
11. Consent to the terms of the contract and the financing procedure.
12. The original Contract signed by the counterparty must be received by the Customer no later than 7 calendar days from the date of sending the specified document to the Contractor
13. Agreement with the prices for additional works.
14. The formation of the cost for additional work is carried out on the basis of the estimated calculation. , executed on the terms of the annex to the contract "Procedure for determining the estimated cost
of general construction and special works". It is agreed with the customer before the start of work and is formalized by an additional agreement. The main coefficients are indicated in the additional fields.
15. The amount of workers' wages (cost per person/hour) in rubles (for additional work) 159
16. The amount of transportation costs as a% of the cost of materials (for additional works) 7%
17. The amount of procurement and storage costs as a% of the cost of materials (for additional works) 2 %
