Ranking of bids

1. Order and conditions of payment-in accordance with the terms specified in the description (name) of lots.
2. The guarantee amount is 10% of the contract value
is paid to the general contractor in two parts:
1. Part-5% after the signing of the certificate of acceptance of the object in the warranty operation
2. Part-5% after 1 year after delivery of the object to the warranty operation
3. The warranty period for performed works-is calculated from the moment of delivery of the object to the warranty operation
4. Years on the main types of work
5. Some elements (will be determined by the terms of the contract, floors, structural elements of the building)
The guarantee on the equipment in accordance with the conditions of the manufacturers, prescribed in the passport data of the manufacturers, from the moment of signing by the Parties of the act of acceptance of the object in the warranty operation.
6. Term of work-no more than 60 calendar days, subject to the 24-hour operation of the facility, without interruption of operational activities.
The order and schedule of work must be agreed with the customer.
7. During the dismantling of internal engineering networks and systems it is required to formalize the schemes of actual placement with bindings on the plan of engineering networks and equipment for the subsequent installation of engineering networks and equipments. Agreed with the customer.
8. It is possible to reject the specified physical volumes on the fact of installation up to 5% without additional volumes presentation to the customer
