Supplier Requirements:
KP should be in the form of estimates. Attach to the auction an estimate with the name of the materials and the list of works. If necessary, contact the contact person to go to the object.
The contractor must have the necessary permits for this type of work. Perform work in accordance with the requirements of industry rules for labor protection, other regulatory and technical documents governing this type of work, with applicable building codes and standards, GOST, TU, SNiP, safety precautions, fire, sanitary and environmental standards.
Warranty for work performed at least 3 years.
Materials supplied must be new and certified.
The contractor's experience in this type of activity is at least 5 years.
If you are interested in your proposal, a list of the required package of documents before concluding an agreement from the supplier:
1) copy of the charter and memorandum of association;
2) copy of state registration certificate;
3) copy of the certificate of entry in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities issued by the tax inspectorate (TIN and PSRN);
4) a copy of the extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities issued by the tax authority not earlier than 30 calendar days prior to the date of provision of the extract
5) copy of the minutes of the general meeting of participants (shareholders) of the counterparty or the decision of the sole participant (shareholder) of the counterparty on the appointment of the director of the counterparty (with a signature sample).
6) Accounting statements form 1 and 2 for the last closed year Copy.
7) Valid office lease agreement (with payment orders first and last under this agreement) Scan
