Auto-extension

Payment terms:Terms of payment according to the requirements of the GC "Rusagro": postpayment. Intermediate payments are allowed upon acceptance of the performed works.
In case of an advance payment of 1,000,000 rubles with VAT and more, the Supplier/Contractor must provide a bank guarantee in the Top 10 bank based on the rating of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation. A letter from a bank confirming availability of a bank guarantee amounting to the advance payment shall be provided.
Delivery terms:In accordance with the requirements of the Specification, the estimated documentation, the conduct of the request for a commercial offer.

Comments:
Be sure to attach all documentation according to the request for a commercial offer. Participants who have not made an exit to objects for familiarization with volumes of works, are not allowed to tender.

This Request for Business Proposals is submitted in accordance with the Tender Regulations of the Tender Organizers (Trade Procedure) within the framework of the application of the request procedure for commercial offers, $ which (like the tender being conducted) is not an offer, auction or competition and its conduct is not regulated by Art. 447-449 of the Civil Code, nor is it a public competition and is not regulated by Art. 1057-1065 of the Civil Code RF
