Payment terms:Оплата в соответствии с Договором осуществляется следующим образом:
 платежи в размере 90% от стоимости каждого этапа Работ выплачиваются в течение 65 календарных дней с пятого числа месяца, следующего за месяцем, в котором был подписан акт сдачи-приемки по соответствующему этапу Работ;
 платеж в размере 10% от Цены Договора выплачивается в течение 65 (Шестидесяти пяти) календарных дней с пятого числа месяца, следующего за месяцем, в котором Подрядчиком были в полном объеме выполнены обязательства по Договору, что подтверждается подписанием Акта технической приемки выполненных работ.
Delivery terms:Работы выполняется Подрядчиком в следующие сроки:
 начало выполнения Работ - с 01 мая 2010 года;
 окончание выполнения Работ - по 25 августа 2010 года.
