Payment terms:Payment for each batch of goods is made by the Buyer no later than 30 days from the date of receipt of primary documents confirming the acceptance of the goods.
Delivery terms:Delivery by the supplier to the buyer's warehouse. It is mandatory to provide quality documents with the delivery. Delivery time should not exceed 14 days from the date of signing the contract and specifications. It is necessary to have a set of documents, a guarantee of at least 1 year

Comments:
1. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
2. Before opening the envelopes, the participants of this procedure MUST attach to their proposals in electronic form the Bidder's Questionnaire and documents according to the list simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal (indicating the delivery time), signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the participating organization this procedure. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment by a participant of the procedure of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
3. The supplier of the products must be the manufacturer, or the official dealer of the manufacturer, or the distributor (the participant provides supporting documents simultaneously with the commercial offer).
4. The cost of products must be constant for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).

Note: This request for proposals is not a tender notice (public tender) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449, part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate volume of civil legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Participants.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
